Promotions, Voucher & SGF Wallet Terms
These terms apply to promotions, promo codes, vouchers and SGF Wallet / account credit used on the Simply Good Food Platform. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
Partner Restaurants and Simply Good Food may publish special offers on the Platform. Offers are subject to availability and any conditions shown at the time (including restaurant, menu item, minimum spend, time window or one-per-customer limits).
Unless an offer states a fixed or minimum period, it may be withdrawn at any time, except where you have already placed an order based on that offer and we have sent a Confirmation Notice.
Promo codes and vouchers must be entered as instructed at checkout. They may be limited by expiry date, geography, restaurant, order value, payment method or customer eligibility.
- Codes are typically non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash.
- Only one promotional code may apply per order unless we expressly allow otherwise.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, restored promo value is at our discretion and subject to the original code rules.
- Fraudulent or abusive use may result in removal of the benefit and account restrictions.
SGF Wallet / account credit may be issued as promotional credit, goodwill credit, or as an alternative to a cash refund. Credit is stored against your account and can be applied to eligible orders.
- Credit may expire on a date communicated when it is issued.
- Credit is generally non-transferable and has no cash value, except where we agree to refund remaining valid credit when closing an account, or where required by law.
- We may restrict credit use for certain restaurants, fees or offer combinations.
Promotions, vouchers and wallet credit may not always be combined. Checkout will show which benefits can be applied together. We reserve the right to reverse incorrectly applied discounts or credit.
We may update these promotion and wallet terms from time to time. The Last Updated date on this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of promotions or wallet credit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
